May 2023 saw T3 reach their 7th Birthday

This milestone reminded us how far we have come over this time and what we have achieved.

The journey hasn’t always been easy, especially with the changes to apprenticeships, standards, and levy systems but we still thought we had something different, more relevant and tangible to bring to the table. In 7 years, we believe we have done this and continue to improve and become better at what we do.

In 2016 we had an idea and a vision, starting with nothing we have built a team of industry experts who share our drive and passion for improving the quality and relevance of education and built solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders to support and enhance what we do.

We have never stood still, and we continue to develop and improve our processes, systems, our amazing team and our portfolio of courses and strive to be the number one provider offering the highest quality provision in what we do.

We have successfully achieved accreditation’s with several awarding bodies, JCQ, Matrix, Cyber Essentials and received an Ofsted grade ‘GOOD’ in our first inspection last year.

Our staff have all been with us from the start as we have grown and continue to strive to be the best at what they do, and they are all committed in supporting the company’s vision, mission and values as well as putting our apprentices and their employers at the heart of our work.

We couldn’t have done this without the support of our clients (employers), apprentices and workforce and we just wanted to Thank everyone who has supported us and worked with us and we will continue to build on our relationships to attract new talent into the sector and train them to have successful careers in their futures.
