Wow, what amazing feedback to receive! Pasquill have recently recruited 4 apprentices with T3 Training who are all completing a Level 3 Design & Draughting Apprenticeship. T3 Training advertised, pre-interviewed and provided suitable candidates for Pasquill to interview. T3 also assisted in booking interviews in, corresponding between candidates and Pasquill and then completed all paperwork once the apprentice had been selected. We have been dealing with Jannette Walker through the whole process and she had the following to say….

“It’s been a few months since we started working with yourselves on the Apprenticeship programme and I wanted to drop you a line to say that the support we’ve had from T3 and Barnsley College has been excellent.

Leanne especially has been an absolute star, she’s taken all of the hard work out of the recruitment process for us and has found us some really credible candidates for each of the four roles. The candidates for Bury St Edmunds in particular were excellent, I could have offered them all a job! She has made the whole process very easy for us and anything I’ve asked for, such as feedback from candidates after interviews, she has done and got back to me straightaway.

I’ve spoken to Marcelle and Megan and had some great feedback on the training and in particular Tony, who they both agree is an excellent trainer.

As you know we’ve now recruited two additional Apprentices and I look forward to them both starting at Barnsley in September.”
