Over the past 6-12 months, T3 Training & Development have been on an upward trajectory and have been developing our business plan and strategy for the next five years. Our vision is “to be the first-choice training provider for the AEC Sectors delivering innovative training by industry for industry” and today I am delighted to announce that we have taken a huge step forward in achieving this by welcoming CADCOE and their team into T3 Training & Development.

The CADCOE business will merge with T3 Training & Development and we will become one entity, the merger will bring a more comprehensive suite of training solutions. CADCOE’s deep expertise in CAD & Tekla software and engineering practices, combined with T3 Training & Development’s experience and success in designing and delivering tailored training programs, will result in a one-stop destination for clients across various industries.

Managing Director Andy Adams is delighted to welcome Cadcoe and its specialist training for digital engineering technicians on board. “Cadcoe brings an outstanding reputation and exemplar training programme, which to date has been accessed by over 600 Apprentices, and a wealth of employers from across the entire construction industry. I’m really looking forward to the future opportunities we are presented with.”

Not only will the merger bring a greater quality and variety of training and customer interface but it will also support with the expansion of T3 Training Into other parts of the country, a new centre in the Midlands is imminent and a London centre is on the horizon.

Declan, who will now take up a Directorship role with T3 Training, stated; “Previously our training model has required a partnership with an FE college. Whilst this contributed massively towards so many positive outcomes for our clients, we have only ever had full control over our front-end delivery. Joining T3, who itself is on the Register of Approved Training Providers enables us to be in the driving seat from start to finish of the Digital Engineering Technician Apprenticeship, whilst offering so many more options to employers and learners alike. It really is an exciting time, that presents so much opportunity to industry, to upskill and address the skills crisis on so many levels.”
