Meet Leanne, our Operations Manager at T3
21 July 2025
Leanne is the Operations Manager for T3 and manages a team of administrators. Her department deals with IAG for students and employers from initial enquiry, onboarding process and enrolment including paperwork, to the end point assessment process and completion of the learner’s apprenticeship programme.
She is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the paperwork throughout the learner’s journey and keeping up to date with any changes to regulations. Leanne is also the designated safeguarding officer and learner support officer.
What is your background before you came to T3?
Before coming to T3 I worked as a legal secretary for a solicitor’s office in the conveyancing department. I also worked as an administrator for a mortgage advisors’ company and a fleet maintenance company.
What is the best part about your job?
I think the best part of my job is the learners and seeing the progression from the early stages on their apprenticeship programme to completing their programme and progression afterwards. I get to witness their personal development as well as the academic side.
The end of term event that we organise where most of our students attend our training centre, as well as pervious apprentices that have completed their apprenticeship attend is something I, and the team, really enjoy as you get to witness and celebrate their achievements to date as well as having Pizza.
If you had a magic wand, and could change anything in the world – what would it be?
With my magic wand I would hope for everyone to live happy, healthy, fulfilling long lives.
What do you do in your spare time?
I like to read when I get the chance to do so. I also go to a local dance school once a week which is street dancing, and we are currently getting dances together ready for a show in September.
Favourite place in the world to go?
I have a list of places that I would love to go to but one of my favourite places I have visited a few times is Florida and Disneyland. I’m a big Disney fan.
What is favourite meal?
A Sunday dinner complete with roast potatoes, beef, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, veg and loads of gravy followed by apple pie and custard.
