Nine Year Anniversary

🎉 Celebrating 9 Years of T3 Training & Development

This month marks a special milestone for T3 Training & Development – we’re officially 9 years old!

Since opening our doors, we’ve been proud to work at the heart of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector, supporting learners as they take their first steps into the industry and helping employers develop skilled, confident teams.

Over the years, we’ve grown from a small idea into a training provider with centres in South Yorkshire, the West Midlands and Central London, delivering apprenticeships and qualifications across Level 2, 3 and 4. And while a lot has changed, one thing has stayed the same: our passion for helping people succeed.

We wouldn’t be here today without the support of the amazing people who have been part of our journey.

To all our staff – past and present – thank you for your dedication, energy, and belief in our mission. Your hard work has helped shape the lives of so many learners.

To our apprentices, we’re incredibly proud of how far you’ve come. Watching you grow in skill and confidence, and seeing many of you move into long-term careers in the AEC sector, is what keeps us going.

And to the many employers we work with – thank you for trusting us with your future talent. Your input and partnership have made a huge impact on the success of our learners.

As we reflect on this 9-year journey, our Managing Director Andy Adams shares:

We might be turning 9, but we’re only just getting started.

With new standards, exciting partnerships, and a growing team, we’re committed to staying at the forefront of training in construction and civil engineering. We’ll continue to offer high-quality, hands-on learning experiences that give people the tools they need to thrive.
