1 April 2026
We are incredibly proud to celebrate former T3 apprentice Mia Owen, who was nominated for and went on to win the prestigious CIOB Apprentice of the Year 2025/26 award from the Chartered Institute of Building.
This outstanding achievement highlights Mia’s exceptional commitment, professionalism, and passion for the construction industry throughout her apprenticeship with West Lindsey Landscapes Limited. Her success reflects not only her individual determination, but also the strength of collaboration between learner, employer, and training provider in developing future talent.
During her time with West Lindsey Landscapes Limited, Mia consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning. She took every opportunity to build her knowledge, develop practical skills, and contribute positively on site. Her willingness to step outside her comfort zone and take on new challenges set her apart and played a key role in her success.
Mia’s achievement is particularly significant as it showcases the real impact apprenticeships can have when learners are supported in the right environment. With the backing of her employer and the training provided through T3 Training & Development, she has built a solid foundation for a long and successful career in construction.
Winning this award places Mia among the top apprentices in the UK construction industry and highlights the importance of recognising and celebrating emerging talent. Her journey is an inspiring example for other apprentices, demonstrating what can be achieved through dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for the industry.
We are honoured to have supported Mia throughout her apprenticeship and to have worked alongside West Lindsey Landscapes Limited in her development. Seeing her reach this level of success is a proud moment for everyone involved.
Congratulations once again, Mia, on a fantastic achievement and a very bright future ahead. 👏
