The Benefits Of Hiring
An Apprentice

Apprenticeships are an exciting option for both apprentice and employer.

You can employ apprentices at different levels, from school leavers and university graduates, to people who want to further their careers or change career direction completely.

You can hire someone new or upskill an existing employee.

As an employer, you can get funding from the government to help pay for apprenticeship training.

How do we deliver our Apprenticeships?

At T3 Training we use a blended learning approach to our learning.  Our tutors are experts in their specialism and are passionate about supporting and guiding your learner.  Your Apprentice will receive one to one support via a review every 8 weeks, where our tutor will complete and set out individual targets to help them stay on track.

Access to some of the best online and digital learning resources: We use One File as our online Learner Management System.  We also use Virtual Learning Platforms (VLE’s) Moodle & Get to Gateway.

Knowledge based sessions are delivered either face to face at our centre in Barnsley or remotely online with a live tutor.  These are weekly day release sessions and contribute towards the apprentices Off The Job hours.

We have a number of Specialist Training Blocks that complement and add value to our construction and AEC apprenticeship offering.  These are delivered throughout the year at no additional cost to you and include digital engineering software training. (Button with link to STB’s)
