Refer, Reward, Repeat: Introducing the T3 Referral Scheme 🚀

At T3 Training & Development, we know that some of the strongest connections in construction come through recommendation. That’s why we’ve launched our new referral scheme, giving our current and former apprentices and learners the opportunity to be rewarded for helping us connect with employers looking to invest in skills and training.

If you’ve had a positive experience with T3, this is your chance to share that with others. By referring an employer to us, you can play a direct role in supporting the growth of apprenticeships across the industry while earning a £50 gift card as a thank you.

The process is simple. If the employer you refer goes on to enrol a new learner onto one of the apprenticeship programmes we currently deliver, and that learner remains on programme for a minimum of six weeks, you’ll qualify for the reward. Once both of these conditions are met, your gift card will be on its way to you.

Importantly, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Whether it’s a previous employer, a new contact, or a business within your network, every successful referral counts, meaning multiple opportunities to earn while making a meaningful contribution to workforce development.

This scheme is about more than just rewards. It’s about strengthening industry connections, supporting employers to access high-quality training, and helping more individuals take their first steps into construction careers. By referring an employer, you’re helping to create real opportunities for new apprentices while supporting the continued growth of the sector.
